Our Story

Born from a creative
vision

MIUUM began with a simple observation. In South Florida, a premium price too often bought an unreliable, impersonal ride, and the people paying it deserved better.

So we built the service differently, from the booking page to the curb. The price is locked when you book and every fee is published in advance. The vehicle is clean and newer, and the chauffeur is someone our team has approved.

Today MIUUM provides black car service across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Tampa, day and night, for airport transfers, hourly service and rides between cities.

Our chauffeurs are trained in discretion. What you discuss in the car, where you go and who you meet stay private.

We plan each route ahead of time and watch traffic as the ride goes, so you are not kept waiting. Your chauffeur arrives early, and you leave when you planned to.

The Founder

Meet
Hugo Pelaez

Hugo Pelaez is a South Florida native, an artist and a creative director. Through his work online he built an audience that follows him for his taste in art, lifestyle, travel and culture, and for knowing what a premium experience should look and feel like.

He also travels, and he kept running into the same problem at home: luxury transportation promised more than it delivered. So he built the service himself. MIUUM started as a personal standard, the way he wanted the people he cared about to get around, and not as a business plan.

Hugo still makes the calls that shape the ride. He chooses the vehicles, sets the standard every chauffeur is held to, and decides how we speak to clients. He runs MIUUM the way he runs his own platform, with the person on the other end first and every detail chosen on purpose, so the service feels closer to a five-star concierge than to a car company.

Book online, see the vehicle and the fixed price before you pay, and get updates as your chauffeur heads to you and arrives. Members of our VIP plan save 5 to 15% on every ride, depending on the plan.

A free corporate account gives your team a saved roster, one place to see every ride, and card payment per ride, with invoice billing once the account is approved. Prices are the same as retail.

Travel agents and agencies

Travel agents earn 10 to 15% commission on every completed ride they book for a client. Agencies book at a flat wholesale rate. Both get their own portal to book, track and get paid.

Chauffeurs and partners

Partners take the rides that fit their day, see the exact payout before they accept, and are paid every Monday. We review every document and train every chauffeur, so riders can trust whoever arrives.
