On the road, your chauffeurs use the MIUUM Chauffeur app: each ride moves through four live stages at one tap per stage, dispatch sees every update in real time, and clients are notified automatically.
And the pay is simple: every offer shows your exact payout before you accept. No fees to join, no monthly charges, you earn on every completed ride, tracked in your Payments dashboard.
Run your whole operation from one portal
Everything you need to take rides, dispatch your own chauffeurs and get paid lives in one portal, on your computer or your phone, plus one app for the road.
Add your chauffeurs
Register each chauffeur with license photos and expiry dates. MIUUM reviews every one, and you set up each chauffeur's login for the MIUUM Chauffeur app.
Register your vehicles
Add each vehicle with its plate, permits, insurance, registration and photos. MIUUM approves it by ride class and county, so you only see offers your fleet can actually serve.
Assign every ride
When you accept a ride, choose which chauffeur and which vehicle will run it, and change the assignment if your day changes.
Follow every ride live
See each ride move through En route, Arrived, On board and Completed, with the route on a live map, so you always know where your chauffeur is.
Get paid every Monday
Completed rides are paid by MIUUM in one Stripe transfer every Monday. Every ride, ticket and charge is listed under Payments, with a receipt by email.
Your team and dispatch
Add dispatchers and team members with their own logins, set your child seat inventory, and message MIUUM dispatch from inside the portal.

In a suit
A black, gray or dark blue suit with a tie and a clean dress shirt. No casual clothing and no other company's branding.
On location early
Your chauffeur is at the pickup 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

A text or call when on the way, and another on arrival. We provide the templates, so it takes seconds.
Live status, always
Every ride is kept current in the MIUUM Chauffeur app: on the way, arrived, passenger on board, completed.
Your chauffeurs, your vehicles
Only chauffeurs and vehicles approved in your portal run MIUUM rides, and a ride is never passed to another company.

Before your first ride you pass a timed certification test in the portal and sign the partner agreement.

Licensed, Insured & Permitted
Fully licensed operators with commercial insurance, and the permits required for every county you choose to serve, including airport and seaport permits where applicable.
Late-Model Luxury Fleet
We accept business sedans, first-class sedans, business-class SUVs, first-class SUVs, and executive Sprinters, black, model year 2024 or newer, immaculate inside and out.
Professional Chauffeurs
Experienced, courteous chauffeurs in suits, held to a five-star standard on every ride.
Black on black, model year 2024 or newer
Every vehicle is black outside and black inside, spotless, and registered in your portal before it takes a ride. These are the models we accept, across five ride classes.
Executive Sprinter vans are accepted for the Executive Van class. If your vehicle is not on the list, choose the option for a vehicle that is not listed on the application and tell us about it.
Where you can pick up: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Hillsborough, with the county permits for each one you serve. Pickups at Tampa International also need the TPA airport permit.
