Pick By The Day You Have

Five Kinds of Day, One Fleet

Pick the service by what your day looks like. The vehicle comes after that.

Flying in or out:

an airport transfer at MIA, FLL, PBI, OPF or TPA, with your airline flight tracked.

Going from one city to another:

a city to city ride, door to door, priced by distance and locked when you book.

A day of meetings, or a plan that may still move:

by the hour. The chauffeur and the vehicle stay with you for the whole booking.

Sailing or coming home:

a port transfer at PortMiami, Port Everglades, the Port of Palm Beach or Port Tampa Bay.

Company travel, a wedding or an event:

the same fleet, booked through a free corporate account or planned with our team.

One detail separates a city to city ride from an hourly booking: stops. On an airport or city to city ride you can add up to 3 stops online, each priced by vehicle class and by how far it sits from your route. On an hourly booking stops are free: add them in the order you want, and choose whether the ride ends back where it started or at a different address.

The Pickup Follows the Flight

Enter your flight number when you book. If the flight lands early or late, MIUUM moves your pickup to match, and there is never a flight delay fee. Miami International and Fort Lauderdale each have their own page with more detail.

60 minutes of complimentary wait on every airport pickup, domestic and international, timed from when the plane reaches the gate.
After that, wait time is billed per minute: $1 a minute in Business Class, Business Class SUV, First Class Sedan and First Class SUV, and $2 a minute in the Executive Van.
When the pickup is an airport, you choose meet and greet inside the terminal with a name sign, or curbside. Meet and greet costs nothing extra.
Once your flight is found, the form suggests a pickup 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes after landing, 30 by default. Keep your own time or take the suggestion.
Tampa International (TPA) pickups and drop-offs book online the same way as at MIA, FLL and PBI.

One question settles it: do you know where the ride ends? A named destination is a city to city ride. An open schedule is an hourly booking.

City To City Rides

Door to Door, Priced by Distance

Miami to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach, or the long drive to Tampa: the price is worked out from the driving distance and your vehicle class, and it is locked when you book. The 20% chauffeur gratuity and the $5.95 service fee are already in it, and the late-night rate applies to pickups from 11 pm to 6 am.

Count the Bags First

Cruise luggage usually points to a bigger vehicle. The Business Class SUV takes up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases, the First Class SUV up to 5 passengers and 6 suitcases, and either one seats a 6th passenger only with 5 bags or fewer. The Executive Van takes up to 13 passengers and 13 suitcases.
A pickup at the cruise terminal is not an airport pickup, so it carries the standard 15-minute grace period.
MIA to PortMiami and FLL to Port Everglades run in both directions: to the ship before you sail, and home or to the airport when you return.
Port Tampa Bay works the same way: TPA to the ship before you sail, and home or to the airport when you return.

Planned Ahead, Not Booked in a Hurry

The First Class Sedan suits the couple, an SUV carries the bridal party, and the Executive Van moves up to 13 guests per run between hotel, ceremony and reception. For galas, conferences and team events, an hourly booking keeps the chauffeur with you, and we coordinate several vehicles for larger groups. Book weddings 4 to 8 weeks ahead, earlier for spring and fall dates.

Capacity is a safety limit, so count the bags before you pick a class.

How Capacity Works
Book the Class That Fits Everything

The booking form suggests the classes that seat your group, but the luggage you enter does not block a booking, so the check is yours. Everything has to fit with every passenger belted and nothing on laps or in the aisle. If the luggage at the pickup does not fit safely, your chauffeur may decline the ride, and it is treated as a no-show: 100% of the fare, not refundable. Between two classes, book the larger one, or call (786) 894-6989 and we will put you in the right vehicle.

Count strollers and golf bags as bags. Travelling with a young child? Request a child seat when you book ($20 each: rear-facing, forward-facing or booster, up to 3 of each online, installed by the passenger) or bring your own approved seat.

The price includes the 20% chauffeur gratuity and the $5.95 service fee, there is no meter, and pickups from 11 pm to 6 am carry a 20% late-night rate that is already inside the number you see. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait; other pickups include 15 minutes.

Extra wait beyond that, added stops, tolls and parking, and cleaning or damage are billed only when they apply, at the rates published in Policies and Fees.

Timing and Cancellation

Book Early, Cancel Free up to 4 Hours

Book at least 24 hours ahead to be sure of your preferred vehicle, and 48 to 72 hours ahead for large groups, special events and holidays. Bookings within 2 hours of pickup are subject to availability; for urgent rides call (786) 894-6989.

Cancelling 4 hours or more before pickup is free. Inside that window: 25% of the fare under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour or for a no-show. The percentage applies to the fare only, and the $5.95 service fee is refunded in full whenever a ride is cancelled. One scale applies to every vehicle class, and on a paid ride the unused portion is refunded automatically.

Common Questions

What is the minimum for an hourly booking?

2 hours in Business Class, First Class Sedan, Business Class SUV and First Class SUV, and 3 hours in the Executive Van. Each booked hour includes 25 miles, and a booking can run up to 24 hours.

Can I add stops?

Yes. On an airport or city to city ride you can add up to 3 stops online, priced by vehicle class and by whether the stop is within 5 miles of your route. On an hourly booking stops are free.

How long will my chauffeur wait at the airport?

60 minutes, domestic or international, timed from when your plane reaches the gate. After that, wait time is billed per minute: $1 a minute in Business Class, Business Class SUV, First Class Sedan and First Class SUV, and $2 a minute in the Executive Van. Other pickups include 15 minutes.
